About
I work with people who function well on the outside and struggle privately.
I specialise in working with adults who are high-functioning, self-aware, and ready to do serious work.
I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College London. Before entering private practice, I spent eight years in NHS specialist services working with complex presentations — anxiety disorders, trauma, and burnout in high-demand professions.
My practice draws primarily on CBT, Schema Therapy, and EMDR, adapted to fit the person rather than a protocol. Most clients come to me when they have already tried managing things alone and found it insufficient. They tend to be intelligent, self-aware, and sceptical — which I find makes for more productive work.
I offer individual therapy for adults, with sessions available in-person in London EC2 and online. I take a small number of clients at any one time to keep the work focused.

Services
Areas of specialist work
Anxiety & OCD
CBT and ERP for generalised anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive presentations. Structured, goal-directed work with measurable progress.
Burnout & Depression
For professionals who have run at capacity for too long. We examine the beliefs and patterns that sustain overfunction, not just the symptoms.
Trauma & PTSD
EMDR and trauma-focused CBT for single-incident trauma and complex developmental trauma. Evidence-based, not exploratory for its own sake.
Work & Performance
Imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and decision paralysis in high-stakes environments. Practical work grounded in clinical models.
Relationship Difficulties
Patterns in attachment, conflict, and intimacy. Individual therapy that examines how early experience shapes present-day relationships.
Late-Identified ADHD & Autism
Assessment, post-diagnostic support, and therapy for adults who received a diagnosis later in life and are making sense of what it means.
